Who is Peter – he created a strategic Division with a turnover in excess of £38m,
employing over 200 people and winning numerous national awards.
From 1996, Peter went on to establish four new businesses of his own.
During his career he has spoken to over 400,000 people and in several countries.
Peter’s love of working with people to improve their presentation skills lead him
to become, firstly, Regional President of the Midlands Chapter of the Professional
Speaking Association and then National President of the Professional Speaking Association (2009-2010).
During his time as a Professional Speaker Peter has served a huge list of

Sara Beth has over 7 years event management and new media project management
experience, organising successful events such as The Professional Speaking Conference
2009 and 2010, Property Magic Live 2009. As well as multiple online marketing and new
media projects, looking after clients such as; Aston Business School, Greenvale AP, Henley
Management College, Property Investors Network, Academy for Chief Executives, several
international professional speakers and many more.
Together Peter and Sara Beth run a family business, as father and daughter
(and along with the other members of the family) they run Positive Ground Ltd which
has two divisions - PG Media - an audio, social media, and new media provider and PG
Business Development - offering specialist business development and training services.
As such they operate uniquely, and when working with clients are not just looking at things
from the client’s perspective but from a generational, gender and cultural perspective.
